Monday Night Workouts
It's off season and Monday night practice is suspended until the time changes again in the spring. But that doesn't mean the Mammoglams are sitting at home. Nope, we're working out in our training center, building strength and cardio endurance for next year. We make circuit training fun with lots of music and dancing Monday nights from 6:30 to 7:30.
